WARNING: These truffles are very easy to consume in large quantities!
Three ingredients. Minimal effort. Maximum taste.
As long as you have a bit of patience as they chill, you will be good to go! These are probably the easiest truffles you'll ever make.

As long as you have a bit of patience as they chill, you will be good to go! These are probably the easiest truffles you'll ever make.
Ingredients:
- 1 package (18 oz) Oreo cookies (I used 2 out of the three rows of cookies that come in the package, and it made about 45 truffles, but the amount it makes depends on the size of the balls that you make.)
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 container Chocolate Melts
If you do not own a food processor, or wish not to use it, you may also place the Oreos into a large Ziploc bag and crush them using a hammer (or whatever you can find that will work). This is what I did, and it worked well. Once I was finished crushing the Oreos, I dumped the contents of the bag into a large bowl, and added the cream cheese in medium sized portions and mixed it together as I went. |
Once you have combined the Oreos and cream cheese, roll the mixture into balls whatever size you desire. Keep in mind that the size does grow once they are dipped into chocolate. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
